SPRING BREAK/TORONTO 2

Yeah for a new day!
We woke up bright and early and headed to the Aquarium first thing in the morning.  We stopped for muffins, donuts and smoothies on the way.  So glad we went first thing because there wasn't a long line anymore.  Just a few minute wait until opening!
The aquarium was amazing.
Sharks.  Jellyfish.  Giant lobsters.  Sting Rays.  Hammerhead sharks (or Finding Nemo sharks as Lew calls them)  An Octopus.  Eels.  Sharks.  Did I mention sharks?  Bright colorful fish.  Fish with noses.  Fish with stripes.  Fish with spots.  Fish that hide in the sand.  Fish. Fish. Fish.
The boys were most impressed with the sharks.  T and I got to pet one.  They got to lay on a glass floor while they swam underneath them.  They got to walk through tunnels as they swam over top of them.  Pretty cool stuff.  My pictures do not do it justice.

After the aquarium we went into the CN tower and the boys colored pictures.
Then we found a hot dog stand and set up a spot to have a nice little pic-nic.  The boys ran up the stairs.  They did tricks on the stairs.  They ate their dogs and drank their soda.

On our way back to the hotel we heard a crowd cheering down one of the streets.  Big D was ecstatic to find out it was the NBA playoff game on the jumbo-tron he had been hoping to attend!  The crowd was super pumped.  The energy was awesome.   Then we headed back to the hotel for nap time and to watch the rest of the game from the comfort of our beds!

Of course we had to hit up the pool again.  This was probably the boys favorite part.  They jumped off the side and swam and swam.  I love watching the relationship with Daniel and the two boys.  So silly and fun.  These are possibly my favorite pictures of the whole trip.  Pure sweet joy.

We went to a vietnamese restaurant for dinner.  It was super yummy.  Another great find from Daniel.

We walked to a gelato shop down the street and watched as the boys ran and jumped and skipped out of control.  They were in such silly moods.  It was a nice evening and a really good way to end the fun day.
Memories we will cherish forever.
