IDAHO 2014 PART 1

This will be long.
We cram so much into our time when we come home.
Oh how we miss everyone and want to see them all and do it all.

Our trip started a little hectic with Thomas falling on his elbow right before we were to leave.  We gave him medicine and prayed it wasn't broken and started our long journey home.  He held it completely still and wouldn't use it.  But, as you can see below was still in a great mood and didn't complain.
We drove to Akron.  The boys played with the blue hand through this wall for a good hour.  Thank you kind airport employee that entertained our children.

Flew from Akron to Atlanta, and Atlanta to SLC getting in around midnight.  Our first flight we got upgraded to first class as a family.  The boys were in heaven.  Lew read the safety manual almost the whole time calling it his comic book!  Thank you Delta for providing us with a comic book on every flight.  I know who I want to be sitting next to if ever we have air problems!  Two thumbs up to our boys, they are super flyers and so fun to be with.  It is more of an exciting adventure than an annoyance traveling with them!

Thankfully we have amazing kind friends that had everything set up for us as soon as we pulled in.  THANKS AGAIN Hartvigsen family.  For everything!

We left bright and early and made the drive to Rexburg.  D had an important phone call.

We watched USA lose to Belgium at FAT CATS.  Thanks Brady for listening to Thomas talk your ear off the whole game.  D and I felt like we were on a date!

The boys instantly found their favorites at Grandpa Toms and GrandMary's.  They spent hours battling with legos.  Playing batman.  Jumping on the tramp.  Exploring through the old dress up clothes.

We spent the next few days getting everything together for the HOPE FOR MISS EDIE Benefit Concert.  Amazing experience.  People are so so GOOD!  Families are GOOD.

The next day was our Tom Dunn Family Reunion.  Hiking Cress Creek/ splashing in the creek.  Lew has the best flexing muscles.  Everyone got a little wet and muddy.  Slip N' Slide.  Epic water fights.  Good talks.  Prime Rib dinner.  Family movie night.  Families are GOOD.  Thanks Jenn and Chad for setting everything up!
