Halloween

For Halloween Thomas dressed up as a crocodile...  We went to my parents trunk or treat and helped mom pass out candy.  At first Thomas didn't like the costume (as you can tell in the picture) and didn't care much for sitting in the back of the durango, but as soon as he started seeing all of the kids with their costumes he got so excited.  He would start showing off by talking and squealing whenever any of the kids with costumes would come by.  He LOVED it!  Daniel and I also decided to be festive and painted our faces.  Even though we are amazing artists no on could tell what we were supposed to be (and lucky for you I couldn't get the picture to load).  I was a pig and Daniel decided to be a daddy crocodile!  After a few minutes at the trunk or treat we went to my parents house and had chowder and rolls!  YUMMY!  I was so excited for Thomas to have his first Halloween and it was such a fun night.

Going down the slide with Brady

In his Little Bear snowsuit at the park.  It was one of the last days of pretty good weather so we went to the park to feed the ducks, play frisbee, and go down the slide with Grammy, Ty, Brady and Hanna!

23

Yea for birthdays!   Last week I officially turned 23 and I had such an amazing day!  Daniel made me breakfast in bed which was delicious it even included chocolate milk and orange juice...part of your complete breakfast!  Then we jumped in the car and headed to Utah.  When we got there Liz watched Thomas so that Daniel and I could have a romantic night on the town.  We ate at Olive Garden and went to the mall where I got a coat.  Then we had delicious cake and I even got to make a wish and blow out the candles.  My birthday was wonderful it was everything that I ever could of wished for.  Friends, family, food.....and the best part about it SHOES!!!!  My weekend was full of birthday shoes!  Thanks to Liz for the cute brown ones and pretty much making the green slipper booties for me, and mom for the pink ones they just make me happy, and Daniel for the gold ones that actually weren't for my birthday but I just love them! A girl can never have too many shoes... especially if she needs something to just make her happy and feel SO GOOD!

Look mommy no hands!

Thomas standing on Gramps hand!  I know that I say this ALL the time but I can't believe how big my little monkey is getting.  He does something knew everyday!

Feed the birds....

I love the swirl in his hair!

I didn't want to get to close because I discovered I was afraid of getting bitten by the ducks.

Thomas just sleeping right through all the noise.

We have loved feeding the ducks this summer and since the cold is setting in we had to make a few last trips over to the park this last week.  The ducks are so funny they move in a huge pack and they start getting really brave and come right up to your face and quack really loud until you give them something.  I think that Daniel and I enjoyed this more than Thomas...but we can pretend we were feeding the ducks for his enjoyment.
